With over 55 km (35 miles) of coastline, six islets and neighboring Santa Clara Island just 2 km (11/4 miles) away, Robinson Crusoe Island has an incredible 12 world-class dive spots. Three of the island’s iconic dive spots are located within Cumberland Bay, right by the town of San Juan Bautista. Underwater novices and certified divers flock to the island every year to experience the wonders of swimming with over 422 species of fish, Juan Fernández lobsters (Jasus frontalis), peculiar octopuses (Octopus crusoe) and the Juan Fernández fur seal (Arctophoca philippi), an excellent swimmer who loves to join us on our various dives. |
